CNC 4- Roller Plate Rolling Machine

Performance:

   The machine tool adopts the four roller syructure with the upper roller as the main drive.providing the plates bending with torqaue throught the engagement between the gear of the moderator and the gear of the upper roller.The lower roller makes vertical  mobements and imposes a force on the piston through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder so as to clamp the plate tight.The side rollers are arranged on the two sides of the lides of the lower roller,a nd make inclining movement along the guide rail, and provide drive through the srew,the nut,the worm and the lead srew.

    It's advantage of the machine is that the preliminary bending and rollinhg of the top ends of the plates can be conducted on the same machine.
